With more than 17 years of business and management experience, Sonal has held several key leadership roles within the Tata Group.

Sonal is a part of TAS (formerly Tata Administrative Services), the Tata group’s flagship leadership programme. She’s also a senior Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) assessor, and has led a number of assessments of Tata companies. In addition, she is recognized as one of the top 100 Leading Women in the North American Automotive Industry.
