In a move set to reshape the future of the automotive industry, T-Hub, the world's largest Innovation Hub, in collaboration with Atal Incubation Centre (AIC), has announced the launch of the  mobility cohort of the AIC T-Hub Program. This initiative aims to catalyze innovation and foster the growth of visionary startups in critical areas within the mobility sector.

Visionary Startups Selected to Participate

Selected startups will focus on pivotal areas such as battery technology, battery management systems (BMS), electric vehicle (EV) development, shared mobility solutions, and distribution networks. The cohort includes groundbreaking ventures such as VPush Technologies Pvt Ltd, Sock8, Zeromatter Tech Pvt Ltd, Electriq, Savy Electrics, Blumotiv, Sunmit Electronics, and Bambam Kart.

Empowering Startups Through Comprehensive Support

The three-month program is designed to provide startups with exclusive 1:1 mentoring, collaborative group sessions, vital investor connections, and opportunities for market pilots. This comprehensive support system will enable startups to secure initial customers, engage with investors, tap into government incentives and grants, and refine their business models.

Driving Innovation and Collaboration in the Mobility Sector

AIC T-Hub envisions the establishment of an EV lab for startups and aims to forge collaborations with automotive giants to enhance market penetration and fuel innovation in the mobility sector. Since its inception, AIC T-Hub has nurtured 147 startups, facilitated funding totaling Rs 15 crore , and engaged over 100 mentors, significantly enriching the innovation ecosystem.

AIC T-Hub Foundation, a partnership between Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) and T-Hub, is dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation across India by supporting promising startups working on cutting-edge solutions. T-Hub, hosted at T-Hub Foundation in Hyderabad, has empowered over 1,100 startups since 2015, providing access to technology, talent, mentors, and resources.

Focus Areas and Program Benefits

The AIC T-Hub program focuses on startups with MVPs and those past product validation stages, offering support in market understanding, business plans, and accessing resources for growth. The program covers areas such as Electric Vehicles (EVs), Autonomous Vehicles (AVs), Mobility as a Service, Connectivity, Micro-Mobility, Autonomous Driving, Assistive Technology, Aero Mobility, Shared Mobility, and Smart Infrastructure for Mobility.

The program structure includes assessing company overviews, business models, and milestone identification in the initial weeks, followed by a series of workshops, guest speaker talks, and 1:1 mentor sessions to facilitate learning. The final weeks are dedicated to preparing pitch decks and financial projections.
