Originally launched in 2023 as the Startup CFO Awards, the initiative has evolved alongside India’s startup ecosystem. What began as an effort to recognize financial stewardship in young companies has grown into a movement celebrating leadership that drives innovation, growth, and resilience.

The rechristened Emerging Finance Leader Awards reflect this expanded vision — honoring finance professionals who aren’t just managing balance sheets but shaping business strategies, guiding profitability, and ensuring long-term value creation.
