Not long ago, audiences were captivated by the silver screen portrayal of a female-led character playing the role of a robot in the film "Teri Bato Me Esa Uljha Jia", starring Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor. This cinematic depiction of artificial intelligence blurs the lines between fiction and reality, highlighting the growing influence of AI in our lives. Now, ShellKode, in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), is stepping into this realm, not with fictional characters, but with a groundbreaking initiative aimed at empowering real-life women developers with cutting-edge Gen AI technology.

ShellKode-AWS Partnership

ShellKode and Amazon Web Services (AWS) teamed up to create "EmpowerHer," a program aimed at training and supporting 100,000 women developers using Gen AI technology. Their goal is to make advanced AI accessible to everyone and focus on helping women developers in India.

The CEO of ShellKode, Arun Kumar, emphasized the transformative nature of EmpowerHer, stating, "It's not just a program; it's a revolution. We're empowering a generation of aspiring developers, particularly women, with the tools and knowledge of AI to shape the future of enterprise in India."

This pioneering initiative will pair aspiring women developers with experienced Gen AI mentors, providing them with personalized guidance, career advice, and access to a supportive network. Through networking events, seminars, and online communities, participants will have opportunities to connect with each other and industry professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
