Government Reduces E-Invoicing Threshold to Rs 5 Cr Under GST

From August 1, 2023, it will be mandatory for smaller businesses to carry transactions via e-invoices. The Centre today made it mandator to adopt e-invoicing for businesses with annual turnover exceeding Rs 5 crore under GST, effective August 1, 2023.
