Including the recently launched, Delhi-Dehradun Vande Bharat Express, presently India has 15 Vande Bharat Express Trains running all across the country. The govt aims to launch more train in coming times.
The minimum ticket price of Vande Bharat is Rs 297 and the maximum ticket price is Rs 2150.
The train includes advanced safety features, such as Kavach system to prevent accidents. It is made of stainless steel, and is very light and energy efficient.
Vande Bharat Express has 8 to 16 coaches, the making cost of 16 coaches train is Rs 134 Cr while an 8 coaches train costs Rs 70 cr.
Sudhanshu Mani designed the Vande Bharat Express and he is also known as the father of this train
